The staff starting from the check in desk with Sal to the check out with Jessica are always friendly and willing to accommodate the clients. They are the perfect bookends for the office. Always very welcoming. There needs to be a shorter wait time to see the doctors. The doctors answer the questions and do not seem to rush the answers. My only complaint is having to wait so long in the exam room for a doctor to appear.

Dr. Decker and staff were very thoughtful and patient with answering my questions. I have been a patient of Dr. Decker for many years and he has kept the issues with my eyes at a minimum.

I was taken in for appointment on time and every step was explained to me so that I understood what would be happening. The office staff was courteous and friendly. I felt comfortable with Dr. Marano.
