The care, attention to detail, and professionalism from all of the doctors in the practice is top notch. With that said, I had a 9:15am appointment and wasn’t seen until 9:45am. I inquired approximately 25 minutes after my scheduled time and the individual at the front desk was unapologetic and made it seem as if I was out of line for asking. While delays are often uncontrollable, patients should be updated and treated respectfully especially when waiting 30 minutes beyond a scheduled appointment.

Staff and doctor were excellent! They were extremely Professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. They talked me through my concerns and worries. I was very comfortable from the moment I walked in and was immediately greeted by the front desk who also accommodated me the same day after leaving the ER, and helped with directions to the office! Dr. Jalaj was very thorough, provided a clear plan, and was very kind and gentle. Dr. Jalag was also direct in my care plan and provided a load of information. Forgive me for not remembering her name but his assistant was a top notch professional and she should be commended for her knowledge, gentle demeanor, and reassurance. A truly wonderful staff would recommend to everyone!

I had an emergency appointment due to an eye infection. I was "fit in" to the day's schedule but it didn't seem that way. I was seen reasonably quickly and both Dr. Decker and his assistant were compassionate and competent. They administered medication that brought quick relief and Dr. Decker prescribed meds for continued care. He also plans to see me next month for a comprehensive eye exam. I'm very pleased.
